Julie's passion for her dogs shone through the whole process of buying my first puppy. On taking Barney for his first checkup, the vet remarked that it's not often she sees the perfect puppy! Julie really does go the extra mile - extensive health testing, thorough documentation, regular updates and advice before picking up, right through to making sure you're getting on ok after taking the puppy home.
Barney is 1 year old tomorrow (7th June 2023) and very very loveable in a crazy spaniel kind of way. The house would seem very empty without him now! He is very fast and very intelligent (I need training more than him), with a tremendous nose. But he also has a lovely temperament and is pretty chilled around the house for the most part (for a Springer anyway!)
I would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for a well bred, good looking working Springer from a breeder who really cares about what they do.

We were lucky to be able to come and meet all of her dogs before ours was born, and have been back to see the puppies a few times since. Jac has been with us only a few weeks now but he’s settled so well. He is a gorgeous pup and charming everyone that meets him and is such a contented puppy. When we picked him up he was already answering to his name and sleeps through the night and has fitted into our daily routine. I have known Julie for some years now. I have used her stud dogs on several of my bitches in that time. After being patient, I now have my own Rangemaster puppy. Gwen has been no trouble to integrate into my kennel routine. She has always been a happy bold puppy from day one of my having her. This is due to the care that Julie has put into raising the litter. I researched ESS's in depth, both in the UK and Southern Ireland. By a quirk of good fortune I now have a 6 month old Springer from Rangemaster. He is incredibly well socialised and damn good looking. Bright as anything ...so easy to train, loves life and we love him.

Where to start. We feel so incredibly lucky to have met Julie and her wonderful dogs. From starting with an email back in early 2020 to picking our puppy up this week, we have enjoyed every moment. So pleased that Julie from Rangemaster was recommended to me in 2020 when I was looking for a springer spaniel puppy. Lockdown meant that I couldn’t visit the kennels prior to collecting my pup but Julie sent regular videos including weigh-ins, feeding, playing - basically all puppy activities - loved watching my pup grow week on week and couldn’t wait to have her home. On arrival, Millie was a big, healthy pup who fitted straight into her new life. She is confident, biddable and an absolute pleasure to have around. Julie has, in my opinion, given all her pups the best possible start to their lives. The enrichment and socialisation they received have prepared them well for their new homes and future lives. The whole puppy purchasing experience was first class with an extensive information pack and a wealth of knowledge to support pups in their new homes. Really excellent.

We were so pleased to find Julie and her kennels in 2017 when looking for a pup. We were immediately impressed with Julie’s professionalism and her breeding of wonderful puppies. Her facilities are so pristine and offer the dogs the very best living and breeding conditions. Her attention to the best matings and interaction with the puppies from birth to going to their new homes is second to none.

Teasel has been easy to train into the working dog we were hoping for and has a lovely temperament, so is the perfect pet too.
